Online registration is provided free of charge to you by Pacific Northwest College of Art (“PNCA”) under these Terms of Service. In order to access the online registration system, you must sign in as a guest or as a member. In order to register with the online registration system, you must provide PNCA with the following information: your email address and set a password. To register for a class you must provide your address, telephone number and date of birth. These will be available to PNCA for official use.
PNCA reserves the right to disclose your username, email and any personal information associated with your username and email to the extent necessary to: provide technical service, comply with applicable laws and police investigations, and in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

Classes four or more weeks: After registering but before class begins= 95% refund. Dropping after class begins but prior to the second class = 80% refund. No refunds after the second class.
Classes three or fewer weeks: After registering but before class begins= 95% refund. Dropping in the last week prior to the first class = 80% refund. No refund is available after class begins.
Precollege Refund: Students must request an 80% refund no later than a week before the start of the Studio course for which they wish to drop. Initiating a refund/drop forfeits any right to credits or hours earned up to that point.
Class cancellation
If minimum enrollment is not met, a class will be canceled. Students will be notified in advance, and a full refund will be issued. It is the student's responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date with the college. The college assumes no responsibility for expenses incurred by a student expecting enrollment in a class other than for tuition and institutional fees.
Processing of Refunds: Please allow up to three weeks processing time for refunds. Refunds will only be issued in the form which payment was originally received. Cash transactions will be refunded by check. Please verify your mailing address with the Registration Office at the time the course is dropped. Refunds may be delayed without this verification.
